This free event is organized by the Rotary Club of Simi Valley and is made possible by the support of the Rancho Simi Recreation and Parks District, the City of Simi Valley, coorporate sponsors, private sponsors and our vendors. The festival is a traditional family occasion with arts, music, crafts, food and fireworks in one joyous celebration for our community.
FOOD VENDORS:
The fee is $300.00 for a booth. Food sellers must be self-contained. All food booths must have an operable fire extinguisher with a minimum rating (2A 10BC) and must obey all health code requirements.
PRE-PACK FOOD VENDORS:
The fee is $200.00 for a booth. Food sellers must be self-contained and must obey all health code requirements.
NON-FOOD VENDORS:
The fee is $200.00 for a booth.

Event Application for Vendors
Health Department Application and information may be downloaded from the Ventura County Health Department's web site at: http://www.ventura.org/rma/envhealth/programs/comm_serv/food/event.html.
Health Department forms and fees shall accompany the Rotary Event Application. Health Department TTF applications and permit fees must be submitted by June 15 to the Rotary Club. The Rotary Club of Simi Valley will be submitting all applications to the Health Department for this event. Do not send Health Department Applications directly to the Health Department.
